First: Replacement within 7 days

Second: Return within 14 days

Order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

The product is reviewed after receipt before a return is approved.

The return policy may not include products that have been opened or used, especially products related to hygiene and personal care.

The amount will be refunded after the refund request is approved, depending on the payment method used.

Third: Damaged or non-conforming products

Customer service should be contacted immediately upon receipt of a damaged or non-conforming product.

It is preferable to send clear pictures of the product, packaging and order number.

The case is reviewed and the details of the problem are verified.

If an error is proven from the store, appropriate action is taken.

The product may be exchanged or refunded depending on the situation.

The store bears the return costs if the error is on its part.

Fourth: Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

Products that have been used or opened if their nature does not allow for resale.

Personal care products that have been opened or used.

Makeup products that have been opened or used.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse.

Products that do not meet the exchange and return requirements described.
